It contains brief information about countries within the WHO European Region, for HIV purposes, for those people planning a long-term stay in another country for work or migration reasons. It provides step-by-step procedures, with a list of documents, required for access to healthcare and antiretroviral treatment. It also provides useful links, addresses and additional options for emergency situations.

Situation and economic analysis of HIV services for international migrants in Kazakhstan

Presents the results of a situational and economic analysis conducted in 2021-2022, which examined the availability of health care to HIV-positive migrants temporarily residing in the Republic of Kazakhstan, and analysed the barriers and trajectories of their overcoming in access to health care for international migrants living with HIV.

HIV and Migrants – Monitoring implementation of the Dublin Declaration on partnership to fight HIV/AIDS in Europe and Central Asia: 2022 progress report

In 2022, a ECDC survey was used to collect data to monitor the implementation of the 2004 Dublin Declaration. The survey contained specific questions in relation to the HIV epidemic among migrants, in addition to questions relating to the current national prevention interventions, policies and barriers to the public health response. This report presents the results of the survey.
