6. *Cultural Mediation*: Trained cultural mediators facilitate communication between healthcare providers and clients, ensuring culturally sensitive care.
7. *Linkages to Social Services*: Connections to essential services, such as food, shelter, and legal assistance, to support overall well-being.
8. *HIV Prevention and Education*: Targeted HIV prevention programs, including condom distribution, HIV education, and risk reduction strategies.
9. *Collaboration with Refugee Settlement Health Facilities*: Partnerships with local health facilities to ensure seamless referrals and comprehensive care.
10. *Advocacy and Support*: Advocacy for policy changes and support to address systemic barriers affecting refugees, asylum seekers, and migrants living with HIV.
