Services Provided

GAT Afrik is a confidential and free integrated response service aimed at the migrant population of African origin and all those who find themselves in an irregular and vulnerable situation, with difficulties in accessing healthcare.
Services:
1) Provision of condoms (external and internal), sachets of water-based lubricating gel and informational material;
2) Peer counseling;
3) Rapid, anonymous, confidential and free peer screening for HIV, hepatitis B virus, hepatitis C virus and syphilis;
4) Referral and connection to hospital follow-up and primary health care;
5) Support in navigating social and health services, in order to eliminate possible barriers;
6) Medical and nursing consultation;
7) Social care and referral to other services.
